Do I pay when I submit a request?
No. Submit the scope first. Deforro reviews the request and confirms the appropriate assessment before sending a payment link. The 24-hour delivery window begins after the required information, scope and payment are confirmed.
Is this legal advice or a compliance guarantee?
No. Deforro provides compliance-readiness checks that include evidence-based risk screening to support EUDR due diligence and supplier decisions. Reports do not constitute legal advice, a legal opinion or a guarantee of regulatory compliance.
What information do I need to provide?
At minimum, provide the supplier name, commodity and country of production. Include production coordinates when available for location-level satellite screening. We confirm any additional information needed before work begins.
Can you screen a supplier without coordinates?
Yes. We can assess sourcing and supplier risk using the information and contextual evidence available. The report will state the resulting confidence and limitations. Coordinates are still required for a direct plot-level assessment.
What data and methodology do you use?
We use transparent open-source data, primarily satellite observations, land-use information and spatial analysis. Sources, assumptions and analytical logic are documented so the evidence can be traced and understood.
How should I share sensitive supplier information?
Use the initial inquiry only to describe the scope. Do not place confidential coordinates or sensitive supplier files in the message field. Deforro will arrange an appropriate transfer method after contact and use the submitted contact details only to respond to your request.
When does the 24-hour turnaround begin?
Turnaround normally begins after the necessary supplier information, scope and payment have been confirmed. If the case is unusually complex or information is incomplete, we agree the revised timing before starting.
